■Please check each product page for detailed information on each product, such as specifications and sizes. The color of the actual product may differ slightly from the image.
■All profits from the Tokyo Rainbow Pride official online store will be used to fund Tokyo Rainbow Pride's activities.

【Order】
① Check the product
Once you have decided on the product you want, select the color, pattern and size, then click the "Add to Cart" button.
You can change the order quantity in the shopping cart. Please check the items you have ordered on the "Cart" page, and if there are no mistakes, click "Proceed to Checkout".
②Register your shipping address
The "Information" page will be displayed. Please enter your desired shipping address and, if there are no mistakes, click "Proceed to selecting shipping method".
*If you would like your order delivered to a different address than the one listed in your customer registration, please edit the delivery address.
③ Purchase and continue
Click the Pay Now button to complete the payment.

【payment】
You can pay by credit card, APPLE Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
■Credit card payment and various Pay: Payment is confirmed when the product is ordered.
■Bank transfer: Please pay within 7 days of placing your order.

【delivery】
■The items you order will be delivered via Click Post or Sagawa Express.
■We will ship your order within one week of the order date. (Domestic shipping is free except for some products)
Also, we cannot specify a delivery date and time.
■Shipping fees for international shipments vary by region.

[Returns and Exchanges]
■Returns and exchanges are only possible within 7 days of receiving the product.
■Shipping costs will be borne by us if the product is defective, but will be borne by the customer if the return or exchange is due to customer convenience.
[However, this only applies to unopened items]

▼We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
■ Products that have been used once
■Products without packaging (bags, boxes, etc.)
■Items that have been washed or altered by the customer
■ Products that have become scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession
